- Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering /Computer Science with 15+ yrs experience with 5+ yrs in management
- Experience in working on multiple generations of a networking product
- Embedded software development experience: one of VxWorks, Linux, any other RTOS
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing protocols, Operating systems
- Strong project and people management skills
- Preferred skills:
- Security: Firewall, NAT/PAT, VPN, intrusion detection, Anomaly detection, VPN, C, Linux

Preferred: Network processor experience
Minimum Experience* 15 yrs.
